I am driven to leverage the impact of collective effort towards a shared goal.  Having developed expertise across the full spectrum of HR, corporate support and governance, I drive optimisation of corporate programs to streamline operations. 

I hold post graduate qualifications in HR and Business Management.  I am a Certified HR Professional by AHRI and licensed to administer multiple psychometric tests.  My passion is in building high performance culture. 

Small to medium enterprise thrives with agile corporate systems but as teams grow, so does the complexity of people management and corporate services. Legacy systems and practices become barriers to high performing, engaged workforces.  My approach is holistic and flexible, providing incremental and wholesale improvements to work in tandem with other priorities.     

I have been lucky enough to work with incredible organisations in my career.   I now want to contribute the impact of an internal HR and corporate service function, without the overheads.
