I am driven to leverage the impact of collective effort towards a shared goal.  As a generalist across the full spectrum of HR, I can identify opportunities to streamline that effort and eliminate barriers. 

I hold post graduate qualifications in HR and Business Management.  I am a Certified HR Professional by AHRI and licensed to administer multiple psychometric tests.  My passion is in building high performance culture and leaving everyone better off. 

I believe the relationship people have with employers can shape the outcome of their lives.  Enriching this relationship looks different for each person but the ROI is immeasurable.  The most impactful effort is discretionary.  You can't force it, you can only create the environment that welcomes it, then recognise it accordingly.    

My observation is that as the workforce grows, so does the complexity of people management. Sooner or later, leaders find themselves spending all their time managing the workforce and their vision takes a back seat.  This vision is the essence of successful business, and effective leadership. I can help you with the workforce, so you can get back to leading. 

I have been lucky enough to work with incredible organisations in my career.   I now want to contribute the impact of an internal HR function, without the overheads.  I want businesses to benefit from this well before they have the capital or inclination to build an internal HR team.
